He is survived by: his wife Eva Hodge Phillips; his daughter Melody Eakin (Scott); his stepsons, Charles Wolfe (Angie) and Derrick Wolfe (Becky); his grandchildren, Katlyn Donalson, Kara Donalson, Jayce Donalson, Georgia Hermanes, Megan Griner and Lelia Wolfe; his siblings, Leatha Turner (Phil), Sandra Guerra (Israel), Terry Phillips (Suzanne) and Mark Phillips (Lora); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah Waldrop, Nicholas Weathersby, Jennifer Collins, Kolby Phillips, Kaleb Phillips, Torri Glisson, Anthony Glisson, Christopher Smith, Damian Whitworth, Shawn Whitworth and Amanda Blocker. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
