We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2020, at the age of 64, Michelle L. Whatley of Bainbridge, Georgia, born in Newport, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Love Branch and Bernadette Irene Lachache; and her sister Susan Chester. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Floyd Whatley III; her children, Thomas Floyd Whatley IV (Kathy), Jeremy Wayne Whatley (Wendy), Laura Leigh Whatley and Daniel Joseph Whatley; her siblings, David Kelley of Portsmouth, RI, Jacqueline Franko of Glenn Mills, PA and Steven Branch of Tallahasee, FL; her grandchildren, Thomas Floyd Whatley V, Leeann, Jeremy Busby, Carigan Whatley and Brianne Whatley; and her great grandchildren, Bentlin, Paislynn Grace, Natlie Faith and Aria Jean.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
