She is survived by: her parents, Jack Toliver and Evelyn Brock Toliver; her husband Frank Santucci; her children, Jack (Katie Bass), Melinda Busby of Climax, GA, Cecil Jr. (Stephanie Griner) of Bainbridge, GA, April (Philip Hatcher) of Bainbridge, GA, Willard Wimberly of Bainbridge, GA and Jean Wimberly of Bainbridge, GA; and her siblings, Sonja Fowler of Lake Seminole, Jack Jr., Sarah Toliver of Bainbridge, GA, Melissa and Drew Fucich of Waverland, MS. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
