She is survived by: her husband Carlton Jeriet Cook Sr.; her children, Kaitlyn Wynn, Devin Lizotte, Carlton Jeriet Cook, Jr., Austin Cook (Vivian) and Arthur Cook; her niece Jennifer Castro (Martin); her great-nephews, Miguel and Ian; her great-niece Ava; and her grandchildren, RaeLynn Wynn, Ashton, Legend Cook, Dahlia, Vada and Waylan Cook.
