It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Goodwin (Bainbridge, Georgia), who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Ann Goodwin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Wimberly Sr. and Ella Vernie Wimberly; her siblings, William Wimberly Jr., Jerry Wimberly, Poshil Hand, Patricia Gadd, Alvin Wimberly and Wallace Wimberly; and her son Greg Merritt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christie Bruce (Milton) of Faceville, Shelia Harvey (Edwin) of Colquitt and Kimberly Slaughter (Jason) of Bainbridge; and her grandchildren, Michael, Mitchell, Shane, Kristopher, Shawn, Jonathan and Gregory.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
