She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Chambers and Irelle Thompson Chambers; her children, Hank Farnell and Gena Farnell; her son-in-law Rick Flaugher of Tallahassee Florida; her niece Jan Collier of Tallahassee, Florida; her nephew John McCarty of Austin, Texas; her stepbrothers, Chuck Chambers (JoAnne) and Craig Chambers of Jacksonville, Florida; her nieces, Cheryl Chambers Gibson (Charles) of Ocilla, Georgia, Eve Harris (Bob Dickinson) of Alpharetta, Ellen Deaton (Randy) of Greenville and Judy Deriso (Wayne) of LaGrange; and her husband H. G. Farnell, Jr..
