He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tomlinson McMillan of Bainbridge, GA; his children, David McMillan (Mickey) of Florida, Chris McMillan (Tammy) of Bainbridge, GA, Cory McMillan (Kristen) of Swainsboro, GA, Dewayne Brown (Sharon) of Bainbridge, GA, Del Brown (Joy) of Swainsboro, GA, Turtia Novak (Steve) of Bainbridge, GA and Debra Phillips of Donalsonville, GA; and his brother Bryan McMillan of Donalsonville, GA. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
