He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Jay Frank, Sr. and Carole Ewer Frank. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Regan Frank; his children, Wesley Jay Frank of Troy, AL, Eric Childree of Bainbridge, GA and Anna Wilson (Kyle); his grandmother Pearl Smith Ewer; and his sisters, Sharon Allen of Manassas, VA and Sandra Behrig of Sauderton, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
