It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Dee Briles Jr. of Bainbridge, Georgia, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence D. Briles, Sr. and Virginia Ellen Briles; and his daughter Elizabeth Briles. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Briles; his daughters, Julie Hawkins (Bill) of Mount Vernon, OH and Amy Briles of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Michael Grosh and Danielle Wilkinson (Michael); his great grandchild Freddy; and his sister Beverly Parks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's in Larry's name.
