It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Kirkland Murray (Bainbridge, Georgia), who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lehman Kirkland and Vera Jones Kirkland; her son Gregory Jenkins; and her siblings, Lavada Parlor and Lavin Kirkland.
She is survived by: her husband Greg Murray; her children, Sheila of Bainbridge, GA, Travis McLendon of Bainbridge, GA and Cathy Willis of Bainbridge, GA; her siblings, Donny, Ann Kirkland of Cataula, GA, Catherine, Buddy Drawdy of Baxley, GA, Stan and Sandra Kirkland of Sylvester, GA; her grandchildren, Jessica, Beau, Zach, Janalyn, Brooklyn, Karli and Dax; and her great grandchildren, Abi, Ethan and Faylee.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
