He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Elijah Dollar and Elizabeth Brockett Dollar. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Murphy Dollar; his children, Joe, Beth Dollar of Bainbridge, GA, Eric and Jessica Dollar of Tallahassee, FL; and his grandchildren, Gambler, Benji and Grant.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
