He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Paul Harrell and Katie Mae Boutwell Harrell; and his brothers, James Harrell of Bainbridge, GA and Nelson Harrell. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Harrell of Tallahassee, FL.
