He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmie C. Moore, Sr.; his son Jimmie C. Moore, Jr. (Jem Jem); and his brothers, Carey J. Moore, Jr., Lewis C. Moore and Dock E. Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marilyn A. Moore-Vazquez (Carmelo, Jr.) and Diane Moore-Drew (Roland, Sr.); his grandchildren, Marcus L. Fairwell (Markie), Roland J. Drew, Jr. (Skeeter), Shalena R. Vazquez (Sheila), Maritza L. Vazquez (Way Way), Melania M. Vazquez and Mia J. Drew; his great grandchildren, Romello Z. Hammond, Shayla A. Williams, Mari C. L. Fairwell, Carmelo M. Winston and Kemiya M. Barksdale; his sister Ethel M. Moore-Crawford; and his sister-in-law Eva Pearl Moore of Bainbridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends, one special niece.
