It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Pollard (Bainbridge, Georgia), who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elga Dot Hatcher and Joshua Heard Poole, Jr.; and her husband William Henry "Bill" Pollard, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Shore (Marc) and Karen May (Joe); her grandchildren, David Shore, Brittany Shore, Josie May and Perry May; her great grandchild Lovey; her sister-in-law Emily Hammond; her niece Lisa Covington; and her nephew Mike Hammond.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to First Presbyterian Church, Quincy, Florida, 306, North Madison Street, Quincy Florida 32351 or to footprintsoftheson.org , a nonprofit organization transforming the lives of children with disabilities in Haiti.
