He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Claude Hines and Martha Knehans Hines; and his siblings, Sharilyn Hines Pudina (Rich) and Kenneth Hines. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Nussbaum Hines; his daughters, Pam Hines Brannon (John) of Cairo, GA and Susan Hines Loeffler (Mark) of Atlanta, GA; his stepchildren, Harriet W. Vahle (Jeff) of Windemere, FL, Herbert W. Woodbery of Orlando, FL and David B. Woodbery (Shayelyn) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Jackson Brannon, Emmaline Brannon, Elle Loeffler, Chance Loeffler, Mary Kathryn Long, Will Vahle, Abby Vahle, Grace Woodbery and Wyatt Woodbery; and his siblings, Linda Hines Langford (Perry) of Lakeland, FL and Ronald Hines (Kathy) of Aiken, SC..
