He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Taylor and Alzura Taylor (McGriff). He is survived by: his children, James E. (Margarita Taylor, Jr.) of Panama, Jennifer L. (Connel) and Madeline M. (Aaron P. Abraham) of Watertown, NY; his sister Mamie Austin; and his grandchildren, Tracy Green Foster, Lavonda Taylor, LaTricia Rounds, Lashonda Pearson of James Taylor, III., Emmanuel Bartholomew, Jeremiah Rounds, Allannah Rounds and Elijah Bartholomew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
