He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cosmo Gisondi and Esther Catherine Dunn Gisondi; and his brother David Gisondi. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Jordan Gisondi of Bainbridge, GA; his children, Diane Adams (Mark) of Glen Carbon, IL, Mary K. Williams of Fort Worth, TX and James D. Gisondi, Jr. of Florida; and his sister Marie T. Sgambato of Bainbridge, GA. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren; his 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
