She is survived by: her sister Betty Charley of Detroit, MI.; her son Eddie L. Akins (Sylvia) of Bonaire, GA; her grandchildren, Monique Rushing, Tasia Akins of Bainbridge, GA and Jaleer Akins of Bainbridge, GA; and her great grandchildren, Avion Patterson and Elias Guyton of Bainbridge, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
