She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Henkler and Anna Henkler; her husband Bobby Strickland; her son John Strickland; and her siblings, Karlheinz Henkler, Waltraut Kramer and Helga Schultz.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Strickland (Karen) of Apache Junction, AZ and Nancy Kennedy (Randall) of Climax, GA; and her daughter-in-law Lee Strickland of Cumming, GA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
