George Thomas Willis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Thomas Willis of Bainbridge, Georgia, born in Miami Beach, Florida, who passed away on March 4, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Yerby Willis and Mary Margaret Tripp Willis; and his siblings, Bobby Willis and Eleanor Willis. He is survived by: his wife Suzy Willis; his children, Tommy Willis of Bainbridge, GA and Karey Willis of Wahalla, SC; his grandchildren, Tyler, Luke, Gabriel Bethea, Karli, Brooklyn and Dax Willis; and his brothers, Hugh Willis of Denver, CO and Joe Willis of Denver, CO. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
