It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gay Allbritton of Bainbridge, Georgia, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Edward Fitchner and Noma Fitchner Brooks; and her brothers, Eugene L. Fitchner, Craig Fitchner and Daniel "Spud" Fitchner.

She is survived by: her children, J. W. Allbritton, Mike Allbritton of Tallahassee and LeeAnn Elkins; and her son-in-law Forrest Elkins of Bainbridge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
