Ellen Cook Elam Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2021, at the age of 87, Ellen Cook Elam of Bainbridge, Georgia, born in Bascom, Florida passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ellen Cook Elam to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, George Elam and John W. Phillips; her son Earl Phillips; and her siblings, Howard Cook and Annie Ruth Davis.
She is survived by: her children, John Jr., Kathryn Phillips of Georgetown, GA, Jane Campbell of Bainbridge, Juanita Wilder of Bainbridge and Roy Phillips of Colquitt; and her sister Helen Dunlap. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
