It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elder Jimmy Lee Simmons (Bainbridge, Georgia), who passed away on March 25, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Willie Faye Simmons; his mother Ida Price Simmons; his siblings, Florene Harrison, Louvenia Jones, Lillie Pease, Geraldine Paxton, Bettye Simmons, Elder Simon Simmons, Jr. (Roberta), Elijah Simmons and Clifford Simmons; his uncle Michael Trabue (Lynn); and also, Venecia Simmons Foster (Mickey), Shelondia Simmons Tribue (Michael), Marcia Tribue Pitts and Paula Tribue. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, godchildren and friends.
