She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stephen Paul Rescer and Helen Amelia Sipos Rescer; her children, Cindi Dunnam (Danny) of Valdosta, GA, Denise Rice of Bainbridge, GA and Tracey Golden of Morriston, FL; her sister Dolores Capan of Warren, OH; her grandchildren, Stacie Ahn (Simon), Richard Britt (Jennifer), Bradley Starnes and Jessica Seaburn; her husband Philip J. DeLucia; and her son Glenn Starnes. She was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren.
