It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Lee McNair (Bainbridge, Georgia), born in Cairo, Georgia, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Berry Lee and Willie Frances Harvell Lee; her husband Robert Pope McNair; and her siblings, Frances Lee Sadler, Roy Lee and Alvin Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Bynum (Chris) of Bainbridge and Greg McNair (Roxanne) of Climax, Georgia; her siblings, Faye Kelley of Cairo, Phillip Lee (Barbara) of Cairo, Roger Lee (Gail) of Cairo and Ronnie Lee of Commerce, Georgia; her sister-in-law Rhonda Lee of Cairo; and her grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Jazmine Cook, Dax, Lola and Gunnar McNair.
