Ivey, Jr. (Stephanie) of Bainbridge, GA and Mary Beth Ivey Smith (Steven) of Vestavia Hills, AL; her grandchildren, Mallie Kate Andrews, Avery Andrews, Andrew Smith, Sutton Andrews, Sydnee Coker, Jeffery Ivey and Henry Ivey; her siblings, Larry Miles (Glenna) and Tammi Godwin (Lee); and her stepmother Wynema "Sam" Miles Gates (Tom Gates). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
