He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Wallace Culpepper, Sr. and Helon Taylor Culpepper; his children, Beth Keating (Cochran) of Tallahassee, FL and Ryan Culpepper (Heather) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Casey Keating, Paige Keating, Katelyn Culpepper and Nolan Culpepper; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Huggins of Woodstock, GA..
