She is survived by: her daughter Shirley; her son-in-law Ernie Gilstrap of Bainbridge; her son Charles David Warren III; her daughter-in-law Lisa Warren of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her grandchildren, Carrie Gilstrap of Mars Hill, Lee Gilstrap of Bainbridge, Jenna Wren (Steve) of Colorado Springs, Charles Warren IV of Nashville, Tennessee, Courtnie Warren of Nashville, Tennessee and Rebecca Warren of Nashville, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Sawyer Wren of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Spencer Wren of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Layla Wren of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her sister Agnes; her brother-in-law Buck Durley of Jacksonville; and her brother Willard Forte of Adel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
