He is survived by: his significant other Penny Barnes of Bainbridge; his children, Candace Hutchinson of Tallahassee and Dana Sadler of Kentucky; and his siblings, Emmitt Kelly, Jr., Jimmie Lou Anderson, Judy Vaughn, Lucia Walls, Gary Kelly, Catherine Kelly, Tammie Brock, Ronnie Kelly and Donnie Kelly. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
