She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Hannan and Eunice Isabella Hannan; her husband Roy Howell; her daughter Anessa Willis; and her brother Wade Spears.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Carter of Bainbridge and Rhonda Willis of McDonough; her sister Elizabeth; her brother-in-law Darrell Culbertson of Ocilla; and her brothers, Gene Hannan of Hahira, Bennie Hannan of Texas, Doyle Spears of Tifton and Jason Spears of Mississippi. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
