It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Olds of Bainbridge, Georgia, born in Ozark, Alabama, who passed away on July 15, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James and Lillie Mae Childree Daughtry; her husband Winford Olds; her great grandchildren, Dylan Olds and Sylar Smith; and her siblings, James Daughtry and Margaret Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Allan (Tammi) of Fayette, Cindy Flowers of Cairo, Georgia, Mark Olds (Vera) of Climax, Amy Phillips of Bainbridge, Libby Olds of Bainbridge and Tim Olds of Bainbridge; her grandchildren, Steven Olds, Stephanie Ivey, Chris Olds, David Olds, Rachel Olds, Allan Womble, Daniel Womble, Mallory Barrett, Mandy Flowers, Alex Flowers, Kjersten Phillips, Melodie Phillips, Micailah Cross, Ava Alday, Kyle Olds and Katie Edwards; and her sisters, Barbara Bacon (Bill) of South Dakota and Carolyn Jacobs of Huntsville, Alabama.. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
