She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Mattie Hurr and George W. Hurr of Washington; and her siblings, Wilma Brown, Georgia Moody, Shirley Steele and Robert E. Hurr.
She is survived by: her children, William B. Smith of Bainbridge and Belinda L. Smith (Allen) of Summerville; her husband Billy William Smith; her granddaughter Celeste Smith; and her brother William K. Hurr. She is also survived by many friends, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
