She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stanley H. Phillips; her daughter Macy Phillips Tabb (Troupe); her parents, Otis Dean and Rudean Dean; and her brothers, Todd Dean (Melinda) of Bainbridge, GA and Chad Dean (Karla) of Bainbridge, GA. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
