He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ebb Cato and Edna Stegall Cato; and his siblings, Dennis Cato and Jetta Connor. He is survived by: his sons, Adam Cato (Kelsie) of Raleigh, NC, John Cato (Valerie) of Augusta, GA and Chris Cato (Amy) of Grovetown, GA; his grandchildren, Isabella Cato, Perry Cato, Patton Cato, Emma Cato and Anna Cato; and his brother Judge A. Wallace Cato (Sadie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
