He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Maxwell and Alberta Barwick Maxwell; and his siblings, Velna M. Toellner, Josie R. Rose, Clifford B. Maxwell, Jr., Dennis W. Maxwell and Roger Leon Maxwell, Sr..
He is survived by: his close friend JoAnn Nelson of Bainbridge; his children, Susan D. Hawkins of Pinellas Park, Dennis Jorgensen (Sharon) of Ormond Beach and Helen Cooksey (Richard) of Union; his siblings, Maxine Johnson of Bainbridge, Jeanette Cook of Tallahassee and Dale Barry of Aurora, Colorado; and his great grandchildren, Jeremy Pask, Kyle Wolf, Ashlyn Wolf, Annabelle Jorgensen, Ella Jorgensen, Addison Taylor and Amelia Taylor. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
