She is survived by: her children, Larry Chapman (Lenorah) of Colquitt and Gail Martin (Phillip) of Bainbridge, Georgia; her grandson Corey Chapman (Robin) of Cumming, Georgia; her children, Casey Chapman (Kellie) of Poulan, Georgia, Amber Boehm (Joe) of Greenville and Blake Martin of Bainbridge, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Coley Chapman of Belmont and Kell Chapman of Cumming, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Aubrey Chapman of Bainbridge, Georgia, Madison Mitchell (Buddy) of Tifton, Georgia, J. P. Boehm of Greenville and Audrey Boehm of Greenville.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hope Church of God (Formerly Port City Church of God) (2357 Dothan Rd, Bainbridge, GA 39817).
