She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Johnson Tibbetts, Sr. and Mamie Irene Tibbitts Tibbetts; her husband Thomas Loy Coalson; her son Wayne Coalson; and her grandson Kevin Coalson.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Coalson of Lester and Lance Coalson of Tallahassee, FL; her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Tibbetts and Jerry F. Coalson; and her grandchildren, Tim Coalson (Rhonda), Ginger Huckans (Chris), Jeff Coalson (Tina), Nick Coalson (Sherri), Cathy Bowman and Chris Coalson. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baconton Baptist Church (171 Durham St SE, Baconton, GA 31716). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Baconton Baptist Church or Mt. Enon Cemetery Fund.
