With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Daniels Belcher of Baconton, Georgia, born in Albany, Georgia, who passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Daniels and Martha Eason Rucker; her daughters, Kim Troup and Kathy Johnson; her brothers, Tommy Rucker, Joe Rucker and Randy Rucker; and also Joseph Rucker, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Brent Belcher of Albany and Kandy Greenwell (Ron) of Macon; her sisters, Jody Lawton and Myna Payne; her sister-in-law Pam Rucker; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Harrell, Josh Harrell, Justin Harrell, Vincent Blankenship, Nathan Belcher, Zak Gossett and Haley Troup. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
