He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda Tanner; his daughter Rena; his brothers, Joe, Ronnie and Roy; and his brothers-in-law, Wilford White and Wayne White.
He is survived by: his son Floyd Tanner; his daughter-in-law Paula; his granddaughters, Chelsea, Demi and Shelly Tanner; his siblings, Jimmy and Judy; and his sisters-in-law, Jakey White and Susan White. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; along with countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Relihan Funeral Home (164 S Main St, Pearson, GA 31642). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
