He is survived by: his father Hilton Griner; his sister Tammy; his brother-in-law Tony Otts; his brother George; his sister-in-law Angel Murray; his niece Cami Johnson; his nephews, Chase Guess, John Austin Guess and Clay Murray; his great-nephews, Cade Otts and Kruz Otts; his great-niece Skylin Guess; his uncle Walter; his aunt Jodi Hunter; his extended family, Clayton, Cheryl Murray, Tommy, Mary Guthrie, Ashley, Adelle Guthrie, Ansley, Courtny Guthrie, Alison, Trey Lowrey, Natalie Whitman, Thea Grae, Phillip, Nikki Guthrie, Jerry and Tammy Guthrie; and his pet Harley. He is also survived by many friends and co-workers.
