He is survived by: his wife Debbie VanSistine; his daughter Alashia Cody; his stepchildren, Alisha VanSistine-Boss and Matt VanSistine; his granddaughter Lilly Cody; his nephews, William "Will" Simmons and Jason "Jake" Jones; his niece Jessica Main; and his pets, Bandit and Bogey.
