He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phoebe Vinson Stephens; his children, Brian Stephens, Alison Pittman (Donald), Amanda Maxwell and Melissa Barnes; and his grandchildren, Richard Stephens (Heather), Alex Stephens (Erica), Andy Stephens, Reid Pittman (Marissa), Mary Cate Sharp (Jeremy), Meredith Barnes and Mitchell Barnes.
