She is survived by: her husband David Lee Maddox of Avondale Estates; her children, Tracey Mashburn Johnson (Jonny Johnson), Patricia Mashburn Froedge (Michael Froedge), Brent Maddox (Alyssa Maddox) and Whitney Maddox Sansone (Michael Sansone); her siblings, Mary Shaw and Phil Frontier (Delaine Frontier); her siblings-in-law, Jamie Maddox (Carolyn Maddox) and Maxine Rosecrans; her cousins, Monica Keane (Mike Rekruciak), Jim Frontier (Kathi Frontier), Mike Frontier (Anne Frontier), Gary Frontier, Jane Frontier Twomey (Kevin Twomey) and Phil York (Greg Adkisson) of California; her son-in-law Che Bowers; and her great grandchild Burl Johnson. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren.
