He is survived by: his sister Leslie Crutchfield Hickson of Evans; his nephew Trevor Hurt (Ashley); his great-niece Magnolia of Martinez; his uncle Greg Crutchfield of Macon; and his son Justin Rectenwald (Katelyn) of Thomasville, GA.
