Albert Padgett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Padgett of Avera, Georgia, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Lanier Padgett. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Sheppard Padgett; his children, Timmy Padgett (Jennifer), John Padgett (Alison) and Renee Kitchens (Tracy); his grandchildren, Hailey Battle, Elizabeth Akers, Tanner Padgett, Travis Padgett, Breana Kitchens and Amber Kitchens; and his great grandchildren, Archer Battle and Liam Akers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family, church family and friends.
Because of the family's respect and concern for public health and safety during this COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged during any gathering.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial contributions be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, PO Box 55, Avera GA 30803.
