He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Newell; his son Josh Newell; and his grandson Kyle Newell. He is survived by: his son David Newell (Jennie); his daughter-in-law Tamara Newell; his brother Bob Newell; and his grandchildren, AJ, Shane and Jessica.
