As we bid Johnny David farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Johnny David is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Bragg and Lula Elizabeth Brooks Bragg; and his siblings, Doug, Betty and Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Clinton Bragg of Mableton and Samantha Carol Bragg of Dallas; and his girlfriend Leann Pickens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davis-Struempf Funeral Home (1975 East-West Connector, Austell, GA 30106). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Davis-Struempf Chapel (1975 East-West Connector, Austell, GA 30106).
He enjoyed drag racing and operated his own business painting homes, churches and other businesses, sometimes donating his talents to those in need.
