Hawkins Jr.; his children, Casey and Chasity Brewer; his siblings, Tiffany Teal (Travis), Stephanie Humphries (Austin) and Cheyenne Beavers (Justin); his grandmothers, Theresa Napoli and Sharon Seevers; his uncle Skip Seevers; his cousin Russell Hunnewell; his nieces and nephews, Jordyn, Jarimiah Garmon, Brayden, William Teal, Travis Jr., Ava, Zoey Brantley, DJ, Jareth, Kylie Drinnon, Presley, Kylee and Beau Beavers; and his close friend Chuck Altimari. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
