He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Consepcion and Victoria; and his sisters, Socorro, Teresa and Adela.

He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Flavio Jr., Elida and Isela; and his siblings, Emilia, Alicia, Pedro, Antonio, Efren and Jose C.. He is also survived by grandchildren.
