He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. Hoover and Jeanne Higgin Hoover; and his former wife Jo Beth Hoover of Mableton. He is survived by: his brother David; his sons, Donald W. Hoover Jr. (Barbara), Jimmy Bryce and Joe Bryce (Lori); his grandsons, Russell Hoover (Rusty) of South Korea and Jason Cameron (Voliva) of South Carolina; and his great grandchild Benjamin Cameron. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
